About the role
The engineer leads threat modeling and security assessments, builds policy-as-code and automation into development workflows and sets secure baselines for cloud and Kubernetes. The role also manages supply-chain vulnerability remediation and builds detection and response capabilities.
What you will do
- Threat modeling and security assessments of products and infrastructure
- Build automation and policy-as-code
- Define secure baselines for cloud and Kubernetes
- Manage vulnerability prioritization and remediation across the supply chain
- Build detection and response systems
What they ask for
- 7+ years in security engineering or operations in cloud environments
- AWS security (or Azure/GCP with AWS knowledge)
- Kubernetes container security (EKS/GKE/AKS)
- Cloud IAM security at scale
- Threat modeling leadership and OWASP Top 10
- IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, Pulumi) and Python, Go, Shell, HCL or Rego
- Must have the legal right to work in Spain
- No visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- CS degree or equivalent
- Distributed team experience
- CNAPP, CSPM or CIEM familiarity
